MY StorY

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my website. As you'll see in these pages, I love making music, especially writing songs, playing & performing on piano, producing, arranging and teaching music too. My musical journey has taken me from accordion lessons at the age of 8 to writing musical theatre for general audiences as well as children. I enjoy performing Brazilian Jazz and the music of the spiritual teacher, G.I. Gurdjieff, on piano.

At the same time, I’ve had a parallel inner journey,  just as rich as the one above but in a different direction so to speak. While I don’t define myself by a single religious denomination, I consider myself one who “aspires to be Christian.” Along the way, I've studied and practiced various spiritual paths known under the broad headings of yoga, Buddhism, Kabballah, shamanism, and most importantly, the 4th way teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff and his pupils. I’ve had extensive experience in energy work and the Alexander Technique. I’m also an experienced meditator and a certified hypnotist focused on hypnotherapeutic change work.

The most important thing here, however, is that whereas even just a few years ago, everything felt like a heavy lift; today, these activities seem to pour out effortlessly and joyfully in a spirit of wanting to touch, move and share with others.

So, while there's a lot about what I do and what I've done here, my wish for this website is that it will expand your sense of what is possible for you and, more importantly, that it will inspire you to take action on behalf of your dreams and highest aspirations. And if there's any way that I can help, we can figure that out together, whether it's through music, meditation, hypnosis or something else.

Since first being introduced to the mind/body connection & quantum mechanics over 30 years ago, I've learned that there is no mind/body distinction, but rather one fluid, interconnected system. As one of my favorite teachers, John Kehoe, says "The inner and outer worlds are connected." This confirms my own personal experience. May it become a reality for you too.
